What we won't pretend.

Most agent-system pitches are aspirational. To be useful to you, here's what's actually true about multi-agent systems in production right now:

They're expensive to run. NOVA burns $20-$40/day in API spend. Plan for $300-$1500/month per active agent at production scale, depending on model + token volume.
They drift. Without weekly architectural review they accumulate broken assumptions. We build in self-audit + drift-detection from day one, not as an afterthought.
They need a human governance layer. NOVA has Justin as the human-in-the-loop at irreducible bright-lines (legal-weight signatures, sworn testimony, voting). Your system will need the equivalent.
They're harder than single-agent systems. Most "we built an AI agent" claims are actually one prompt + tool-use, not multi-agent. We'll tell you honestly which architecture you actually need.
