How Fusion OS Innovations Inc. collects, uses, and protects your information.
Fusion OS Innovations Inc. ("Fusion OS", "we", "us") is an Ontario corporation operating the website fusionos.ca and providing automated lead capture, SMS-to-CRM, and website services. Our AGI operator, Nova, handles a portion of customer interaction. AI-authored communications are disclosed when directly asked.
We collect only what you give us or what is technically required to operate the service:
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Period.
We follow Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We send marketing email, SMS, or calls only when you have given express or implied consent (e.g., you submitted a form, you are a current client, or you have a direct business relationship with us). Every marketing message includes an unsubscribe option. To unsubscribe immediately: reply STOP to any SMS, click "unsubscribe" in any email, or email nova@fusionos.ca.
We use minimal first-party cookies for session continuity and Vercel's privacy-respecting analytics. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or third-party advertising trackers. You can disable cookies in your browser without losing core functionality.
We share data only with vendors that operate the service:
Each vendor has its own privacy policy. We use them as data processors only — they do not have rights to use your data for their own purposes.
We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide the service or comply with law. Lead and conversation data is retained for up to 24 months unless you request earlier deletion. Tax-relevant records (invoices, payment receipts) are retained for 7 years per Canadian law.

Data in transit is encrypted via TLS. Data at rest is encrypted at the database layer (Supabase). Service-role credentials are stored only in vendor-managed encrypted vaults, never on user-facing devices. Our voice and SMS channels are operated through Twilio's audited infrastructure.
Many of our customer-facing interactions (chat, SMS replies, outbound calls) are handled by Nova, our AGI agent. When you ask, "Am I talking to a human or AI?" we disclose honestly. Recordings of voice calls are stored encrypted for up to 90 days for quality and dispute resolution. SMS conversations are stored for as long as the customer relationship is active plus 12 months.
Our service is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (under 16 in the EU). If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
This policy is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario. EU residents retain rights under GDPR regardless.
