Service · Contractor Automation
Runs when you sleep. Talks like you do.
For HVAC, roofing, landscaping, and remodel shops doing $250K–$2M/year who are losing jobs because someone didn't pick up. The fix is a 60-second SMS and a follow-up that doesn't forget.
The leak we're plugging
"I missed the call. By the time I called back, they already hired someone else."
If you've ever said a version of that sentence, this service was built for you. Most shops lose 30–50% of inbound leads to slow response — not to a competitor's skill, but to a competitor's phone being picked up first.
What you get
A full intake-to-booked-job pipeline, running on stuff you already understand.
- 60-second missed-call SMSPersonalized by service type. Fires within a minute of the missed ring.

Quick and reliable.— Nisha, Fusion OS client
Before you ask
What most shops want to know first.
Do I need a new phone number?
You don't lose yours. The Twilio number sits alongside it and can forward to your main line when a human is needed. Most shops keep their existing published number — we just make it smarter.
What if my team is already using Jobber / HCP / ServiceTitan?
Fine. Our system sits in front of your CRM and funnels qualified leads into it. We don't try to replace what's already working. We replace what's silently leaking money.
Is this CASL / 10DLC compliant?
Yes. All outbound messaging is triggered by an inbound signal (missed call, form, referral). Opt-outs are honoured. Sender identity is clear. We ship the compliance checklist with the build.
What happens if you disappear?
You own the Make.com account, the Twilio number, and the Airtable base. If Fusion OS goes away tomorrow, your system keeps running and any competent ops person can tune it. That's the whole point.
