Service · Lead Gen
We don't sell lists. We find buyers.
Most "lead gen" is a sneeze-blast to 10,000 cold homeowners. We do the opposite — narrow, signal-driven prospecting that finds the people who actually need your service this quarter, and hands them to you warmed up.
Why most lead-gen doesn't close
Because it's just a list.
A list is a census. "Here's every homeowner in a 40km radius." It doesn't tell you who's thinking about a new roof, who just got an HVAC quote they didn't like, or who pulled a basement-finishing permit in March. A signal does.
THE OLD WAY
Cold list + script
$0.40/lead, 0.5% answer rate, 0.05% booked. You pay to interrupt people who weren't thinking about you. The data point most people skip: the cost of your time dialing cold lists is bigger than the list itself.
FUSION OS WAY
Signal-triggered outreach
We monitor public records, aerial imagery, permit data, aging-unit signals, and relevant news — then deliver leads with context. "This roof is 22 years old. Here's what the drone saw. Here's the homeowner." That's a different phone call.
The signals we use
Public data, honest methods, real context.
Every lead arrives with why now attached. Your sales call starts three steps ahead of the competition's.
Roof age + aerial
Satellite / aerial imagery plus county property records to flag roofs 18+ years old. Good for roofers, solar installers, insurance restoration.
Permit pulls
Municipal permit applications for renos, additions, and basement finishes. Tells you who's spending money on their home right now. Good for remodel, HVAC upsize, plumbing, electrical.
HVAC-unit age
Property records + equipment lifespan data surface owners with units past their service life. Good for HVAC replacement, heat-pump upgrade, high-ticket installs.
Local events
Storm tracking, insurance claim trends, regulatory deadline (heat-pump rebates, code changes). Context your sales team wouldn't have time to track but turns cold calls warm.
Review gaps
Homeowners who left 1-star reviews on competitors in the last 90 days. They're in-market and motivated to switch. Good for any service business with a clear "we fix what they broke" pitch.
Custom triggers
Tell us what "in-market" looks like in your trade — we'll build the signal. Example: landscaping firms want new-construction closes; we watch occupancy-permit approvals for exactly that.
